What's your return/refund policy?

All sales are final.

We are not responsible for packages lost by the postal operator or stolen packages. We do not offer returns on pins, patches or other accessories, unless it's a rare case of an item being defective or damaged in transit. If your products are damaged upon arrival, email us immediately. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping fee to have it sent back to you.

What organizations do you donate to?

We have donated proceeds from our sales to several local organisations, including the Heart and Stoke foundation of Canada, Hope for Children’s Charity, Canadian Breast Cancer Network, Minwaashin Lodge - Aboriginal Women's Support.
